 First, we'd like to thank you and recognize that just by coming to this page shows you care, or have an interest in the environment.
 
 Second, let's try to understand what Global warming is, and how much it does affect your everyday life, and the life of our people for the future.
 
 Let's talk about the "Greenhouse Effect" and what it means to life on this planet.
 
 There is a wide misconception that the "GFE" is a negative condition produced by pollution on this planet, when in fact, it is what sustains life on this planet, The "GFE" is what we might call our atmosphere, it acts like a transparent greenhouse, allowing sunlight to pass through while trapping heat, this is essential to life as we know it, not enough heat we would be like mars, cold, lifeless, too much, we would resemble Venus, a hot gaseous environment. Our Planet Earth is in perfect balance, trapping just enough heat, our atmosphere is comprised mainly of water, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, methane, ozone, and nitrous oxide, the main gases, nitrogen, and ozone do not hold heat, so they are not greenhouse gases, nor do they contribute to the greenhouse effect.
 
 During the Day our planet absorbs heat from our sun, and then re-radiates it back out to space, normally, the heat would escape every night, and temperatures would drop rapidly, but instead gaseous molecules absorb the heat given off by our planet and re-radiate it out in all directions, reabsorbing and redistributing it over and over, this keeps our surface temperature relatively warm, and average temperatures comfortable, the "GFE" is key in our Earths ability to stay warm, and sustain life. So in effect, our "GFE" is our protective Bio Dome, and is in perfect balance to sustain life on this beautiful planet, our home Earth.
 
 So, now why is "GFE" connected so closely to "Global Warming"? it started to be connected to negative effects, in our industrial age, the age of mass consumption, mass production, and the result of burning fossil fuels, at an increased average rate to the tune of three billion metric tons per year, this increases, as the surface population increases, the earth cannot possibly sustain, this growth rate for much longer. Carbon Dioxide or CO2 absorbs heat, which is produced by fossil fuels, so we can expect that surface temperatures would obviously increase, and in fact they have. So, if more CO2 is being released, and this a Green House gas, and our Green House is a blanket covering our planet, the more CO2, the more heat held, the thicker the blanket on our planet, this is how surface temperatures are raising and being trapped, thus, producing "Global Warming". So, you see my friends, our future is in our hands directly, we can do something to decrease the amount of CO2 we put in our environment. The other Green House producing gases are also very controllable, these are CFC's and methane, which are contained in any pressure spray can we can buy at any store, look for containers with the statement "contains no CFC's, or earth friendly products. Some everyday products include, aerosol hairspray, now come on, who really wants that Helmut head stiff look, not to mention unsexy to the touch. Anti-perspirants, which contain aluminum chloride, which contributes to Alzheimer's, so it is a double no-no, cooking sprays, use first cold pressed virgin olive oil, go ahead, be good to yourself, there are so many ways you can love yourself, as well as your mother earth, and create a win-win situation. The biggest reason though, is of course, burning fossil fuel, burning fossil fuels create even more ozone, ozone is one component of smog, as ozone builds, so does trapped heat increasing, or enhancing the "GHE" which was already in the perfect state to sustain our lives on this planet our beautiful Earth.
 
 Now, understand, ozone does play an essential role in our upper atmosphere, where it shields our Earth from deadly ultra violet radiation, but, CFC's in the lower atmosphere destroy ozone in our upper atmosphere, creating holes in our ozone layer, as is devastatingly occurring over the Antarctica which is causing glacier melting, thus increasing surface water, less land mass, more population, you do the math folks, ever see the movie "Water World?", we are not so far from that happening my friends. Understand this, the planet has been through many different ages, Dinosaur, Ice Age, etc etc. Mother Earth, she, will again and again rebirth herself, but for man, he does not possess this gift, just as the Dinosaurs became extinct, so can man-kind, do not be so arrogant as to believe, that man-kind could find itself ever gone from existence. It is said, that the only constant is change, so we as flexible, and intelligent humans must rise to the warnings our mother Earth is screaming to us, with all the climatic changes occurring, tsunamis, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, these are signs that our mother is cleansing her surface level, she wants to be in harmony as she was created to be, we as inhabitants of Earth, must learn to respect the very ground that supports our every move, thought, dream, our very human existence it self. We have become a society of fast food mentality, we want it now, and we want it quick, we don't care how it got there, or where it is going, our needs and selfish desires drive our every conscious motivation…WAKE UP!!! Where are u going to so fast? What are you going to do when there is nothing to get to? Where is the gratitude for such prosperity? Where is the respect to the very Planet that sustains our selfish motives? Dropping bombs on her, where do you think that incredible heat goes, Einstein said, for every action, there is a reaction. This is all contributing to the destruction of our home, our children's, and our people as the human race.
 
 So you say, well I wont be here in 40-50 years who cares? Ever heard of reincarnation? Nice place to come home to huh? Well you made the mess, so now clean it up…we cannot escape the inevitable lesson here, we must grow as a people, we must evolve as a species, and it is so easy to start awakening to your impact on the planet….so here are a few fun ways to get the party started, and being kind to your mother Earth, she so deserves this in the least, love her, as you have been loved and cared for by her, she is alive, thriving, and most perfect, she offers her secrets in nature itself, let us explore this, or at least make the choice to be less offensive to the Planet, her are some quick ideas and suggestions.
 
 Please let us know of anything you have thought of as well to help save the planet we encourage interactive activity, and sharing of caring, we can never stop learning, but we can learn lessons with great difficulty, lets not push the climate to critical mass, let us turn this around, while we still have the chance, the days are numbered, but I have faith in the human race, there are so many examples of such beauty and compassion in our people, we can all be this, for we are all mirrors to one another.
